ArchiGen ("we", "our", "us") operates the platform at www.archigen.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use our services.

• Account data: Email address and display name when you sign up via Firebase Authentication.
• Usage data: Which platform features you use, credit balance, and generation history stored in Firebase Realtime Database.
• Payment data: Purchases are processed by Gumroad. We do not store card numbers or payment instrument details.
• Uploaded content: Images or files you upload for processing (e.g. floor plans for DXF conversion, reference images). These are sent to third-party AI providers to fulfil your request.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and standard web server logs for security and performance monitoring.

• To provide, operate, and improve the ArchiGen platform
• To process AI generation requests (3D models, images, videos, CAD files)
• To manage your account, credits, and purchase history
• To send essential service emails (account verification, password reset)
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

ArchiGen integrates with the following third parties who may process your data:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication and database - Google Privacy Policy
• Replicate: AI model execution (3D, image, video generation) - Replicate Privacy Policy
• OpenRouter: LLM routing for chat and agent features
• Gumroad: Payment processing - Gumroad Privacy Policy
• Vercel: Hosting and edge network

Account data is retained until you delete your account. Generation outputs (images, 3D models, videos) may be stored temporarily to allow you to retrieve results and are removed after 30 days unless saved to your account. Uploaded files used for AI processing are not retained beyond the immediate request.

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability (where applicable)

ArchiGen uses only essential cookies required for authentication session management (Firebase Auth). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

ArchiGen is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
