Terms of Service

By accessing or using ArchiGen at www.archigen.io ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

ArchiGen provides an AI-powered architectural design platform with tools including real-time 3D modelling via chat (Gen Form), AI image generation (Gen Image), floor plan to CAD/DXF conversion (Gen Vect), architecture video generation (Gen Video), and an AI design agent. Features are accessed using a credit-based system.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person. Creating duplicate accounts to exploit free credits is prohibited.

• All platform features require credits.
• Additional credits are purchased through Gumroad. All purchases are final.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable between accounts.
• We reserve the right to adjust credit costs for features with reasonable notice.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.

You agree not to use ArchiGen to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or infringes third-party rights
• Upload files that contain malware or malicious code
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or systems
• Resell access to the platform without written permission
• Circumvent rate limits, credit systems, or access controls
• Use automated bots or scripts to generate content at scale

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Your content: You retain ownership of any designs, floor plans, or images you upload to ArchiGen.

Generated outputs: AI-generated outputs (3D models, images, videos, DXF files) created using your inputs and ArchiGen credits are yours to use for personal and commercial projects. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs do not infringe third-party copyrights.

ArchiGen platform: All software, code, UI, and brand assets of ArchiGen remain the exclusive property of ArchiGen. No licence to our technology is granted except as necessary to use the Service.

ArchiGen uses third-party AI models to generate outputs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for professional use of any AI-generated output. AI-generated architectural outputs must be reviewed and validated by a licensed professional before use in any formal planning, construction, or regulatory submission. ArchiGen accepts no liability for outcomes arising from the direct use of generated content in professional practice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArchiGen and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

ArchiGen is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible.

We may update these terms. Continued use of ArchiGen after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if needed.
